General
- The Crown Groups incentive scheme is promoted by VIP Attention Ltd.
- VIP Attention incentive scheme is open to agents, partnership venues, charities, corporate associations and organisers who buy Crown Group services on behalf of themselves or on behalf of their private or corporate clients.
- Only approved agents and representatives of partnership venues, charities,
corporates, associations and organisers who register their participation
in the incentive scheme via www.vipattention.co.uk will qualify for
the incentive scheme.
Partnership venues are where Crown Group are listed
as a preferred Caterer or other services, Select venues are those in
which Crown Group are the sole catering provider, not all select venues
are eligible for the VIP Attention Incentive Scheme.
- To qualify for VIP Attention Stars, also referred to as VIPS the minimum spend of £1000.00 (not including VAT) must be incurred for all companies within the Crown Group.
- VIP Attention Stars will be awarded on the basis of invoice spend with the Crown Group and its associated companies, as detailed on the website and minus net of commissions payable.
- VIP Attention on behalf of the Crown Group will not award VIP Stars to invoices that have not been settled within 90 days of the payment due date.
- VIP Attention Ltd accepts no responsibility for any personal tax liability which arises in connection with an individual’s participation in the VIP Attention Incentive Scheme. Details of the value of prizes can be obtained by contacting hello@vipattention.co.uk with a subject heading of Prize Value.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- VIP Attention reserves the right to postpone, cancel, withdraw, change any of the prizes listed should this be necessary.
- All VIP Attention Stars claimed will be verified and approved by VIP Attention.
- VIP Attention disclaims all responsibility for any consequences arising from taking part in any of the activities set out in this incentive scheme. Some activities may be considered dangerous. No special levels of fitness are required to participate in the activities, however you should declare any health related conditions that might affect your safety such as heart disease, epilepsy or injury on the claim form and at time of booking. If in doubt consult your doctor before participating.
- All VIP Attention’s decisions in all aspect of this incentive scheme will be final and binding.
- The VIP Attention Incentive Scheme awards VIP Attention Stars to the registered individual or representative not to the company in which the individual or representative is employed by or a member of.
- VIP Attention Stars will remain active on a user account for any duration of time as long as stars are continually collected within an 18 month time frame. If further VIPS are not registered on a users account within an 18 month time frame or not redeemed, the stars will become invalid and cleared from the users account.
- VIP Attention reserves the right to suspend or terminate participant’s accounts at any time without notice.
- Participation in the VIP Attention Scheme implies acceptance to all the terms and conditions set out herein.
Prizes
- Prizes that are issued as vouchers, once received by the recipient, can not be refunded.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. You must take your experience or holiday, or order your commodity, before the expiry date on the voucher.
- VIP Attention Star values relate to the reward and is not indicative of the prize value.
- Unless stated otherwise, all prizes are designed for over 18s. Other age restrictions may apply for certain activities. Please see the individual terms on each prize for details of any age requirements.
- The images used on this site may not accurately reflect the prizes offered.
- Claiming a prize implies acceptance of the terms and conditions as set out herein, those printed on the voucher and those of the applicable supplier.
Experiences
- When booking an experience participants contract directly with the supplier providing the particular experience and therefore become subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
- Experiences are provided on a booking basis in accordance with centre availability. The duration of the experiences vary and are dependent on the type of activity chosen.
- Once the date for your experience has been agreed and booked, should you cancel for any reason charges will be incurred as per the standard booking terms of the applicable supplier.
- Some experiences may be weather dependant.
- Some experiences may have to be taken as a group or with other members of the public.
- Some experiences are only available on specific dates.
- Travel costs to and from the experience venue are not covered and therefore will be at the participant's own expense.
- All the UK experiences are supplied with personal accident cover. However, you may wish to consider taking out your own private insurance cover.
Commodities
- All commodities are subject to availability. Should a commodity become unavailable VIP Attention reserve the right to offer an alternative brand / model of equivalent value and specification.
- All commodities include delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Supplements may apply for delivery to Eire.
- Please allow 28 days for delivery. Despatches will be made by an appropriate carrier and may require a signature on delivery. Any time or date specified for deliveries are an estimate only.
- Commodities cannot be changed or cancelled once ordered.
- Any failed deliveries as a result of incorrect address supplied by the claimant will be charged to the claimant for the cost of return and redelivery of the item at prevailing rates.
- VIP Attention advise recipients that where it is evident that goods are damaged, then recipients should not take delivery of such damaged goods. For incomplete delivery or goods damaged in transit, please retain a copy of the delivery documentation and notify VIP Attention within 24 hours, who will advise you on the returns procedure.
- If the item is found to be faulty, please contact VIP Attention who will advise of the correct procedure of return within 24 hours.
- Manufacturers’ guarantees are for domestic and private use only.
Travel & Holidays
- For most holidays and weekend breaks, travel on or over the Christmas, New Year periods and Bank Holidays is excluded. Some trips may also only be available on set dates or during a specific seasonal period, as specified in the holiday description.
- Flights are from London unless specified otherwise.
- Car hire in the standard packages is restricted to drivers over 25 years old. Allow for a supplement of £10 or higher per day for drivers under 25 years of age. The minimum age for drivers is 21.
- Once the date for your holiday has been agreed and booked, should you change or cancel your booking for any reason cancellation fees will be payable. Any cancellation after the booking is made may incur fees of up to 100%.
- Travel costs to and from the departure airport are not covered and therefore will be at the participant's own expense.
- VIP Attention will cover costs as describe in the prize description, they will not cover anything outside of the descriptive categories, i.e. extra expenses in hotels or personal expenditure.
- All holidays are supplied with personal travel insurance. However, you may wish to consider taking out your own private insurance cover.
